Rockland Psychiatric Center, Rehabilitate Roadway, Sidewalk & Parking Lot Building 57 – Orangeburg, NY

This contract with NYS Office of General Services for the NYS Office of Mental Health was for the rehabilitation of Bridge Street at the Rockland Psychiatric Center. The scope of work included replacement of all watermains beneath the road, a directionally drilled HDPE watermain section installed by Bellamy construction, CIPP lining of sanitary piping beneath the road, removal of existing sidewalks and curbs, full depth removal of existing asphalt, installation of new concrete sidewalks and curbs, and installation of geotextile fabric, subbase, and 2 courses of asphalt pavement. The civil portion of the project was managed by Tom Petersen and Rian Baker with Field Superintendent Thomas Petersen Jr. The CIPP lining portion was managed by Matt Gardiner and Drew Wolff with Field Superintendent Ben Felshaw. This contract was completed in August of 2022 and valued at $1,572,026.00
